Elon Made It Easier for Nazis to Express Themselves
The words "Nazi" and "Fascist" get used interchangeably a lot.
All Nazis are indeed fascists but not all fascists are Nazis. In my experience, normally -not always but a lot of the time, when people call something a Nazi they mean it's fascist in nature.
There are different types of Nazis, There's the old kind, The New or "Neo "ones, along with probably other various types.
There's people who arrive at the beliefs in the image above out of pure hatred and bigotry and's mostly through misinformation.
Then there's people who arrive there from corruption and happenstance.
Donald Trump in my opinion is not a Nazi. (Nothing about him I've learned says to me that he wants to put people in gas chambers.)
He is however a fascist. A fascist out of a need to gain power instead of one that actually believes the most grotesque fundamental things.
For example, Hitler gained power through populism manipulation so he could enact his hateful work. Well in-as Trump thrives politically off of already pre-existing populism in order to gain power, wealth, and favor; he doesn't need to even believe any of what he says because what he says is not the goal, the goal is what the stuff he says can get him.
I'm sure hatred and bigotry flows through his veins- But what drives him mostly is money and power. The fascism is just a means to an end. (Again, in my opinion)
My point here being that there are different breeds of Nazis and not all fascists are Nazis but at the end of the day a Nazi is still a Nazi and fascism is still fascism.
I think that since the word "Nazi" is such a strong word we pick it over "fascist" because in peoples minds they are nearly identical but Nazi feels more powerful and slanderous.
Before the inauguration it was obvious Elon was a fascist and that he holds fascist beliefs; after these "Roman hand salutes" it's clear he is at the very least some kind of neo-nazi.
Because of the public hatred for the word "Nazi", over the years leaders of fascist movements and political parties haven't wanted to be associated with that term or at least they used to.
A lot of Americans say will they hate Nazis and fascists but will still vibe with fascism under a different name. -maybe not even realizing it.
Through the power of modern day propaganda and something I can only describe as brainwashing; Elon has convinced many Republicans that he was not serious with the Nazi gestures and that "the Libs are overreacting and just calling woof."
They've created a "Get out of jail free card" where now they can instead of looking horrific for doing a salute, they can just say they are messing with libs who "overreacted" to Musk..
Ultimately giving them the excuse they needed to do what they already wanted to do in public.
We are witnessing troglodytes scum feel comfortable in their own skin; As the grandchildren of people who helped put fascism in the Western World to rest for a while— We are not making them proud, certainly not by my standards. The fight to resist is on.
Here, everyday

TLDR;
All Nazis are fascists but not all fascists are Nazis, but yes Elon and Bannon are both.
